Arrowhead Travel Plaza was built in 1975. Convenient in its adjacent position to Interstate 84, right off exit 216, and set in at the base of the stunning Blue Mountains it is a well-located truck stop with a spectacular view.
In October of 2000, The Confederated Tribes of the Umatilla Indian Reservation purchased Arrowhead Travel Plaza and its surrounding property. Upon purchase of Arrowhead Travel Plaza, The Confederated Tribes of the Umatilla Indian Reservation performed a massive remodel. After an extensive expansion and remodel, the facility has been updated and looks like new. In conjunction with the expansion, the parking area has doubled to 80 parking spaces.

As a benefit to C.T.U.I.R. members and employees, there is a Preferred Discount Program. This program enables C.T.U.I.R. members and employees to receive a discount on all fuel purchases.
